The MRC310 motorised card capture reader is a front-end device that can be integrated into parking control systems, turnstiles or any appropriate housing for use as an OEM card reader in access control applications. It can be used to read magnetic stripe cards, proximity cards or smart cards. The card data is read by the MRC310 and passed onto a controller. The controller then makes a decision based on this data and signals back to the reader to either capture or return the card, and to allow or disallow entry.
The MRC310 can be adapted to read most card formats, which makes it ideal for integration into existing systems.
