The Client

Avon House is an office building in Penarth, near Cardiff, South Wales that provides office accommodation for several prestigious local businesses. Its proprietor is Mark Andrews.

The Challenge

It was necessary provide an access control system to replace an unsatisfactory system from another supplier. The new system needed to provide a high level of security for the tenant companies, meeting all of the customer’s expectations while staying within budget.

The Solution

We have several different systems installed in our property portfolio and Norpass3 has proved the most efficient and reliable system to date. We have found Norpass3 extremely flexible and easy to use.

Cardiff based Ceaton Security installed Nortech Mullion Mount proximity card readers to the car park entrance, the main entrance to the office building and doors within the office building. These are controlled by CRC220 controllers and Norpass3 management software.  Norpass3 provides a central PC-based management platform for the system. It is user friendly and offers a wide range of management features.
