Nortech recently led a number of access control training days at a distributor’s premises, to provide security installers with vital and productive knowledge.
Nortech training sessions cover all aspects of access control, from hardware installation to software configuration. As usual, the installers who attended were amazed by the Norpass3 Installation Wizard. The Wizard breaks down the software configuration process into simple, understandable questions and takes only a few minutes to have a site up and running.
As a manufacturer, we enjoy meeting installers on a personal level. It gives them a chance to ask us questions as well as handling many of our access control products in the flesh. It also gives us a chance to find out what they want and expect from a manufacturer.
We regularly train installers who have never fitted access control before and are looking to broaden their horizons, as well as veterans of the trade who have fitted most products on the market. Our experienced training team is adept at meeting the needs of both, educating them and giving them the confidence to install access products.
On completion of training students receive certification of their achievement and are on the route to becoming Nortech accredited installers, the benefits of which include being allocated qualified sales leads.
